The Pleasant Hills ranch is the remainder of the prominent Pleasant Hills Estates in Vacaville, California. It overlooks the historic Pleasants Valley. Being more traditional steep coastal foothills ranch that is heavily wooded in Oak tree cover, some of the largest black-tailed deer have been taken from this ranch. Quail and turkey are also abundant. Either a cabin or full blown home can be built here and it would make an easy retreat from anywhere in Northern California. Ranch has three parcels located in the public water district.
