It is in the small coastal town of Tzarevo, about 20 miles from the Turkish border, situated in the older part of town called Vasiliko. It is 100m from the nearest beach and 200m from another larger crescent sandy beach. The Black sea is clear and warm. There are another two large beaches in the main town. The Hotel is the middle property of four that stand alone in a row, built in 1988. There are nine good sized bedrooms that will accomodate a double and single bed. It will sleep a total of 23 people. The property is three stories high. Each room has its own balcony with either a sea or mountain view. Six rooms have a brand new ensuite bathroom the other bathrooms have been refurbished. The majority of the rooms have newly tiled floors. The downstairs includes a newly fitted bar, a new bathroom, a large kitchen, a large covered terrace where people can sit out and a raised open terrace seating area with raised flowerbeds. There is a new 10 cell solar heating system with new radiators and pipework. In the cellar there are two 500 litre hot water tanks and a wood fuelled boiler. The central heating and hot water system can be powered by solar, wood or electricity. The cellar has a store of approximately 9 tonnes of wood. The property comes complete with everything required to run as a hotel:- furniture, beds, wardrobes, linen, crockery, cutlery, bar furniture and fittings, fridges, cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer. Additionally, there are four bicycles included that have been used to hire out to the guests. It is suitable for conversion into apartments. The town itself is undergowing rapid expansion and facilities include, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, swimmimg pool, kite and windsurf school, scuba diving and an all weather pitch. It is a popular town for both Bulgarians and Europeans alike. The nearest airport and city is Bourgas, 70 km on a fast coastal road. There is an english speaking keyholder to the property who lives in the town.
