An old farmhouse which is in the process of being converted and needs finishing. Originally a ruin but the current owners have renewed the roof, put in windows and doors, tiled the floors, installed solar power and a water tank. Part of a cortijada ( a group of farm buildings). You have to access it via a track and when you reach the top you have the most stunning views. Currently there are no neighbours so you have this beautiful area to your selves. There is a plot of land of approx 1000m2 which is steep but belongs to the building.
