2 Fishing lakes set on 700m2 of land

The lakes are fully stocked and total 7500m2 in size.

Some works will be required in order to gain a new 30 year authorisation but quote is in place for a moins system to be installed at a cost of 15000 euros this then will allow full 24/7 fishing.
