A unique property right at the boundary of Sierra Almijara & Sierra Tejeda National Reserve Park.
Placed on a south-facing ridge overlooking Competa and Sayalonga and with stunning views to the mountains all around and all way down to the Mediterranean Sea.
On a clear evening you can even see the Rif Mountains in Morocco!
With the Natural Reserve Park five meters behind no one is overlooking you in this very private area.
The property contains 2 separate cortijos;
The main one on two levels and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the guesthouse with 1 combined lounge/bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Parts of the main cortijo could be some hundreds years old.
It still stands on its original foundations and with most of its old authentic up to 70 cm thick walls.

You enter the house to an open entrance hall and then into the big lounge/dining area.
With the ceiling lower at one end and high at the other, this room has both a cosy and open, free feeling. Here is an open fireplace with an active working fan blower chamber system, the lounge is also fitted with an under floor heating system.
From here there is an open access to a study/library, with internet connection, on one side and one to the open plan kitchen on the other.
A little pathway opposite the main entrance hall leads into the next part of the house with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on this floor and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the next.
The master bedroom is a good sized (26 m2), open and light room.
There are windows in all directions, not only giving you fantastic views but also a
