24 Hectare Olive farm in full production
Country estate olive farm of Picual Marteña variety which is the most productive with the highest yield in olive oil and 90% of olive trees are this variety.
There are 24 hectares in total. To the left as you can see, there is a road passing by which is in excellent condition and extremely flat.
Production last year:- 40.000 kg of OLIVES and this is increasing each year. Difference of olive production of small trees and large ones is not so great, but there is a huge difference in price!
There is currently no house on the finca, but there is the possibility of building a small dwelling.
The farm is very flat, so every metre is taken advantage of with 4000 olive trees. The farm is inexpensive and considered a real investment opportunity. There is no mains electricity (which is close-by and could therefore be arranged) nor mains water although a well must be drilled which is normal for the area.
The olive press is currently 1 mile away and the nearest village is 6 miles away.
