Ground floor

The front door opens into an entrance hall with tiled floor, exposed stone walls and exposed beam ceiling. To the right a doorway opens into a large reception room (36 sq m) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling, fireplace and French windows opening onto the side garden. To the rear of the hall a passageway leads to a WC and then on to a laundry room (18 sq m) with plumbing for washing machines and which also houses the boiler. To the left of the hall a doorway opens into a large farmhouse kitchen (36 sq m) with fitted units, tiled floor, exposed stone walls, exposed beam ceiling and a large traditional stone charentaise fireplace.
